Shipping policy

• Customers will receive shipment tracking details after dispatch.

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers may result in delays or additional shipping charges.

• Risk and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Such orders will be governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
